Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll 75mm

Do you need a bit more space on a receipt when on-site than the usual narrow receipt rolls offer? A paper width of 75.4 mm provides significantly more possibilities.

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll 75.4 mm is developed for mobile printing with the Zebra (i)MZ320.

Thanks to the extra width, there is room for things such as:

• Delivery information
• Order numbers
• Product lines
• Prices
• Barcodes
• Receipt confirmations
• Mobile invoices
• Coupons and payment receipts

As a result, you can fit more information side-by-side and vertically than on a compact 50 or 57 mm receipt roll.

Continuous receipt paper of 14.6 meters

This is not a self-adhesive label, but continuous thermal receipt paper. Each roll contains approximately 14.6 meters of paper. The printer uses only the length required for each print job.

This allows you to print both short receipts and longer documents without being tied to a pre-defined label length.

The roll has:

• Width: 75.4 mm
• Length: 14.6 meters
• Core size: 19 mm
• 30 rolls per box

80 micron thermal paper

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll is made of white, matte, and uncoated direct thermal paper. The designation 80 refers to the paper class of approximately 80 microns.

Zebra specifies Z-Perform 1000D 80 as a thermal receipt paper that produces a high-contrast black print and is suitable for mobile receipt and transaction applications.

Because the material is uncoated, it is primarily intended for normal indoor use.

Printing without ribbon, ink, or toner

The receipt roll works entirely direct thermal. The printhead heats the paper directly to make text, barcodes, and other information visible.

Therefore, you do not need:

• Ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

For mobile use, this means fewer consumables to carry and replace.

Specially developed for the Zebra (i)MZ320

Zebra has specifically included this version as media for the:

• Zebra MZ320
• Zebra iMZ320

The combination of the 75.4 mm paper width, 19 mm core, and black-mark detection is tailored to this mobile printer series.

As these are now older Zebra printer models, we always recommend checking the media specifications first when using them in a different printer model.

No adhesive and no loose labels

With this version, it is important to distinguish between a Zebra label roll and a Zebra receipt roll.

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll has:

• No adhesive layer
• No individual labels
• No backing
• No gap between labels
• Continuous thermal paper
• A black mark for sensor detection

This way, you can be sure you are not ordering label material when you actually need receipt paper.

What will you receive?
