Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt roll 57mm

Do you want to be able to print a receipt, proof of delivery, or a short confirmation note immediately while working? Then you don't need a self-adhesive label, but a compact roll of thermal receipt paper.

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll 57 mm is specifically made for mobile printing with the Zebra ZQ110.

The roll is suitable for, for example:

• POS receipts
• Delivery slips
• Receipts
• Mobile invoices
• Parking tickets
• Coupons
• Order and packing information
• Mobile points of sale

No labels, but continuous paper

This version differs significantly from the other Z-Perform 1000D products in this series. The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll consists of continuous thermal paper.

This means there are:

• No pre-cut labels
• No adhesive layer
• No backing
• No space between labels
• No black mark
• No ribbon

The printer determines how much paper is used for each receipt and cuts or tears off the desired length.

57 mm wide and 7.9 meters per roll

Each roll is approximately 57 mm wide and contains about 7.9 meters of thermal paper. Because the paper is continuous, you are not tied to a single, predetermined receipt format.

A short POS receipt uses only a small portion of the roll, while you can use more paper for a longer receipt or delivery slip. This makes this version flexible for various mobile receipt and transaction applications.

Extra thin 60-micron paper

The Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll is made of matte white, uncoated direct thermal paper of approximately 60 microns.

This relatively thin paper was deliberately chosen for mobile printers. As a result, a practical length of paper can be placed on the roll despite the small outer dimensions.

Zebra specifies the material as approximately:

• 55 g/m²
• 60 microns thick
• White
• Matte
• Uncoated
• Direct thermal

Direct thermal: only the paper roll needed

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll works with direct thermal printing technology.

The printhead heats the paper directly to make text, barcodes, and other information visible.

Therefore, you do not need:

• Ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

For a mobile printer, this is practical: you only need to insert a new receipt roll when the previous one is empty.

Especially for compact mobile printers

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll has a very compact roll construction.

Each roll has:

• Core size: approx. 13 mm
• Outer diameter: approx. 31 mm
• Width: approx. 57 mm
• Length: approx. 7.9 meters

Due to these small dimensions, the roll was developed for the compact Zebra ZQ110 mobile printer.

This is therefore a much smaller roll than the 19 mm core rolls you encounter with various other mobile Zebra printers.

For Zebra ZQ110

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 Receipt Roll 57 mm has been specifically included by Zebra for:

• Zebra ZQ110

The combination of the small 13 mm core, Ø31 mm outer diameter, and 57 mm paper width is tailored to this compact mobile printer. If you are using a different printer, always check the permitted roll width, core size, and outer diameter first.

For short-term receipt and documentation applications

This thermal paper is primarily intended for receipts and documents that need to remain legible during a normal usage period. Think, for example, of a cash receipt given to a customer, a delivery note used during a logistics process, or a receipt printed directly on-site.

The paper is not intended for long-term exposure to moisture, solvents, strong heat, or UV light. If you want to keep information for years under harsh conditions, a different type of material would be more suitable.
