Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll 50mm

Are you looking for a compact receipt roll for mobile use, but do you want slightly thicker paper than the thin 60-micron version?

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll 50 mm combines a narrow paper width with sturdy direct thermal receipt paper. This makes this version practical for short receipts and documents that are regularly handled during use.

Consider, for example:

• Cash register receipts
• Receipts
• Proof of payment
• Collection receipts
• Coupons
• Short delivery notes
• Order information
• Mobile invoices

14.6 meters of paper per roll

Each receipt roll contains: 14.6 meters of continuous thermal paper

You receive 30 rolls per box. This means one full package contains: 438 meters of receipt paper

Because the paper is continuous, the printer determines the length of each printout itself. For a short receipt, you only use a small part of the roll, while a more extensive document can be printed slightly longer.

Compact mobile roll

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll has:

• 19 mm core
• approximately 46 mm outer diameter
• 50 mm paper width

The small outer diameter makes this version suitable for compact mobile Zebra receipt printers.

Direct thermal without ribbon

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Roll is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper. The print head heats the paper directly to make text, numbers, and barcodes visible.

As a result, you do not need:

• Thermal transfer ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

That keeps the printing process simple, especially when the printer is used on the go or in various workplaces.

No adhesive layer

This version is a receipt roll and not a self-adhesive label.

The paper therefore has:

• No adhesive layer
• No backing
• No loose labels
• No fixed label length

The printout is used as a loose receipt or document and is therefore not intended to be stuck onto a product, box, or packaging.

Z-Perform 1000D 80 receipt paper

This version uses Z-Perform 1000D 80: white, uncoated direct thermal receipt paper of approximately 80 microns. The paper is sturdier than the Z-Perform 1000D 60 version and is therefore pleasant for receipts or documents that are handed over, taken along, or frequently handled during work.

Zebra mentions this material type is suitable for mobile invoices, tickets, coupons, receipts, and delivery notes, among other things. Because the paper is uncoated, it is less suitable for prolonged exposure to moisture, solvents, strong heat, or UV light.

For mobile Zebra printers

Zebra originally developed this specific 3006129 version for the Zebra MZ220.

The receipt roll is also used with various other mobile Zebra printers, including:

• Zebra MZ220
• Zebra QL220
• Zebra QL220 Plus
• Zebra QLn220
• Zebra QLn320
• Zebra ZQ610
• Zebra ZQ620

Are you using a different Zebra printer? Please provide us with the exact model. We will be happy to check whether the paper width, core size, and outer diameter are compatible with your printer.

What will you receive?

You will receive 30 original Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80 Receipt Rolls.

Each roll contains:

• 50 mm wide paper
• 14.6 meters of paper
• 19 mm core
• Approximately 46 mm outer diameter
• Direct thermal paper
• No adhesive layer

In total, you receive: 438 meters of receipt paper

When should you choose 50 mm receipt paper?

This width is especially suitable when you want to keep receipts compact and do not need a wide 75 or 76 mm paper roll.

On 50 mm you can, for example, clearly print:

• Receipt or order number
• Date and time
• Product lines
• Amounts
• Short barcode
• Reference number

As a result, this version fits well with cash register receipts, proof of payment, and other short mobile documents.
