Z-Perform 1000D 38x25mm

Do you need only a small amount of space for a barcode, item number, or short product code? Then the Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 38x25 mm is a compact size that allows you to clearly identify products and packaging without using a large label.

This format is practical for, for example:

• Small barcode labels
• Item coding
• Product identification
• Price labels
• Inventory labels
• Warehouse locations
• Short product codes
• Internal identification

2,580 labels per roll

Each desktop roll contains: 2,580 labels

You receive 12 rolls per box. This means one full package contains: 30,960 labels

Due to the small 38x25 mm format, many labels fit on a single roll. This is convenient when you print large numbers of compact labels daily.

Desktop roll of Ø127 mm

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 38x25 mm has:

• 25.4 mm core
• 127 mm outer diameter
• approx. 41.3 mm roll width

This is a common roll size for Zebra desktop label printers.

Direct thermal without ribbon

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 38x25 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper. The printhead heats the material directly to make text and barcodes visible.

As a result, you do not need:

• Thermal transfer ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

This keeps the printing process simple and makes these labels practical for daily product and barcode identification.

Permanent adhesive (acrylic)

The labels are provided with a permanent acrylic adhesive. This adhesive is intended for applications where the label must remain firmly in place on many common surfaces after application.

This makes these labels suitable for use on, for example:

• Cardboard packaging
• Product packaging
• Warehouse bins
• Paper surfaces
• Many smooth plastic surfaces

The permanent adhesive is especially practical for product, warehouse, and logistics applications where the label is not intended to be easily removed later.

Are you dealing with an unusual, rough, or difficult surface? Then we recommend checking in advance whether the adhesive is suitable for your application.

Suitable for daily indoor applications

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's uncoated direct thermal paper grade for daily indoor applications.

With this small version, the emphasis is mainly on short information, such as:

• Barcode
• Item number
• Product code
• Price
• Inventory number
• Location code

Because the paper is uncoated, it is less suitable for prolonged exposure to moisture or harsher conditions.

Gap detection without black mark

The labels are individually die-cut and have approximately 3.175 mm of space between each label. The printer uses this space to determine where each subsequent label begins.

This version has:

• Gap detection
• No black mark
• No perforation
• Outside winding
• One label across

For Zebra desktop label printers

Due to the 25.4 mm core and 127 mm outer diameter, this is a desktop version.

This roll size is used for, among others, Zebra desktop printers such as:

• Zebra GC420d
• Zebra GK420d
• Zebra GX420d
• Zebra ZD410
• Zebra ZD420
• Zebra ZD421

Other Zebra desktop printers may also be suitable if they support Ø127 mm rolls on a 25.4 mm core and media approximately 41 mm wide.

• 25.4 mm core

When should you choose 38x25 mm?

This size is especially suitable when you only need to print a small amount of information and want to keep the label as compact as possible.

You can, for example, work with:

• Small barcode
• Item number
• Product code
• Price
• Inventory number
• Location code

Do you need multiple lines of text or a larger barcode? Then a larger format, such as 51x32 mm, is often more practical.
