Then the Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x38 mm is a practical size.

The label is over 10 centimeters wide, but only 38 mm high. This gives you plenty of horizontal space for an easily readable barcode, while the label remains compact.

1,790 labels per roll

Each roll contains 1,790 labels. You receive 12 rolls per box. This means one full package contains:

• 21,480 labels

Due to the limited height of 38.1 mm, a relatively high number of labels fit on a single desktop roll. This is convenient when the same printer processes many barcode or identification labels throughout the day.

Direct thermal printing without a ribbon

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x38 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper.

The printer creates the print directly by heating the thermal material.

As a result, you do not need:

• Thermal transfer ribbon
• Ink
• Toner

This keeps the printing process simple: insert label roll and print.

Permanent adhesive (acrylic)

The labels are provided with a permanent adhesive (acrylic). This adhesive is intended for applications where the label must remain firmly attached to many common surfaces after application.

This is suitable for, for example:

• Cardboard boxes
• Product packaging
• Storage bins
• Internal logistics applications
• Product identification

For unusual, rough, or difficult-to-bond surfaces, we recommend testing the adhesion beforehand.

For daily indoor use

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's standard uncoated direct thermal paper quality. The material is intended for daily applications where a clear barcode and easily readable text are required, but no extra protective coating is needed. This makes this quality suitable for, among other things, warehouses, logistics, retail, and manufacturing.

The uncoated paper has limited resistance to moisture and wear. For long-term exposure to moisture, oil, sunlight, or other harsher conditions, we recommend a material specifically developed for such environments.

Gap detection

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x38 mm consists of individually die-cut labels. The printer uses the space between the labels for gap detection.

This specific version has:

• Die-cut labels
• Gap detection
• No black mark
• No perforation
• Permanent adhesive layer

The backing therefore continues to come out of the printer as one continuous strip.

The combination of a 25.4 mm core and 127 mm outer diameter makes this a desktop version.

The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x38 mm is used with printers such as:
