1 box of 16 rolls
Do you want to print a full shipping label without constantly having to walk to a fixed desktop or industrial printer?
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152 mm combines a large shipping size with a compact roll specially designed for mobile Zebra printers.
This makes this version interesting for warehouses, shipping departments, and logistics employees who want to print labels directly at the workstation or during the process.
With 102x152 mm, you have enough space for almost all the information usually found on a shipping label.
Think of:
This makes this version much more focused on shipping and logistics than on small product or price labels.
What makes this Zebra Z-Perform 1000D version special is the combination of the large label with a small mobile roll.
The roll has:
This allows a label over 15 cm long to fit into suitable mobile 4-inch Zebra printers.
Each roll contains 85 labels. A box consists of 16 rolls. In total, you receive:
The smaller number of labels per roll is therefore not a disadvantage or a deviation, but the result of the compact roll size required for mobile printing.
This version is particularly effective when the printer moves with the employee or the flow of goods.
Consider, for example:
You combine the format of a standard shipping label with the flexibility of a mobile printer.
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152 mm uses a black mark on the backing material. The printer uses this black mark to precisely determine where a new label begins.
This version features:
Therefore, no perforation has been applied to tear off individual pieces of backing.
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152 mm is made of white, uncoated direct thermal paper.
The printhead heats the paper directly to make text, images, and barcodes visible.
Therefore, you do not need:
This is extra practical for mobile use, as no separate printing ribbon needs to be carried or replaced in addition to the label roll.
Z-Perform 1000D uses a permanent acrylic adhesive. This ensures the labels stay securely in place on many common packaging materials after application.
That fits well with shipping applications: a package label must remain on the box or packaging during processing, sorting, and transport. Zebra positions Z-Perform 1000D as a standard uncoated direct thermal material for general indoor use.
This version is specifically intended for mobile Zebra printers that can process wide media.
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 102x152 mm is specifically offered for:
Older mobile Zebra printers in the same 4-inch class may also work with this version depending on the model.
The combination of 19 mm core, approx. 57 mm outer diameter, 104.8 mm roll width, and black mark detection must be supported by the printer.
