Euro-Label is happy to help you install your label printer remotely. As a Mac user, we need a program for this called AnyDesk. Below is an explanation of the steps you can take in advance so that we can help you immediately upon contact.

Need remote support for your Mac PC?

With AnyDesk, you can receive quick and secure remote support for your Mac PC. Whether you need assistance with your webshop or other technical matters, AnyDesk offers a user-friendly solution. Follow the steps below to download and install AnyDesk on your Mac.

Step 1: Go to the official AnyDesk website

1. Open a web browser on your Mac (e.g., Safari or Chrome).
2. Navigate to the official AnyDesk website: www.anydesk.com.

Step 2: Download the AnyDesk software

1. Click the "Download" button on the website's homepage.
2. The website will automatically detect that you are using a Mac. Ensure that the version for macOS is selected.
3. Click the "Download Now" button to download the installation files.

Step 3: Open the installation file

1. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file (usually found in the Downloads folder).
2. Double-click the file named AnyDesk.dmg.

Step 4: Install AnyDesk on your Mac

1. Drag the AnyDesk icon into the Applications folder.
2. Go to the Applications folder and locate AnyDesk.
3. Double-click the AnyDesk icon to launch the program. You may be asked for permission to open the program. Click "Open".

Step 5: Grant the necessary permissions

To use AnyDesk to its full potential, you must set the correct permissions:

1. Once AnyDesk opens, the program will request access to certain features on your Mac.
2. Go to System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Privacy.
3. Under the Accessibility and Screen Recording tabs, check AnyDesk to grant access.

   Tip: Click the lock icon in the bottom left corner and enter your Mac password to make changes.

Step 6: Share your AnyDesk address

1. Open AnyDesk and you will see a unique number at the top of the screen; this is your AnyDesk address.
2. Share this number with the person providing remote support.
3. When they connect, you can choose to grant access.
